Garlic Peanuts ( Kacang Taujin )




Hari Raya is coming, every body is thinking what delicacy they want to serve for the guests when they come. This peanut is always there on the table amongst all other sweets and biscuits. Here is the simplest Kacang Taujin recipe yet fragrant and delicious


Ingredients
Bahan

    1    kg    Peanuts (ready peeled, slightly more pricey but save you a lot of time )
                  Kacang ( yang sudah dikupas, agak mahal tapi tidak makan banyak waktu)
100     g     Garlic
                  Bawang putih
  30     g     Celery leaves
                  Daun Seledri
   6    tsp     Salt
                  Garam


Method :
Cara memasak



  • Peel the garlic, wash and slice thinly
  • Kupas bawang putih, cuci dan rajang tipis



  • Wash the peanuts, drip dry. Mix well the peanuts, garlic and salt.
  • Cuci kacang, ditiriskan. Campur rata kacang tanah, bawang putih dan garam
  • Cover and let it marinate for at least 2 hours
  • Tutupi dan biarkan selama sedikitnya 2 jam



  • After marinated, add the celery leaves  and mix well
  • Setelah itu masukkan daun seledri dan campur rata




  • Fry in batches, on medium heat
  • Goreng dengan api sedang
  • Stir occasionally 
  • Aduk sekali-sekali



  • The garlic and celery leaves will be floating and ready earlier than the peanuts. Remove them from the oil and set aside.
  • Bawang putih dan daun seledri akan mengapung dan lebih cepat dari pada kacang. Angkat bawang putih dan seledri, tiriskan dan sisihkan. 
  • Once the peanuts are golden and ready, put on kitchen paper to reduce the excess oil.
  • Setelah kacang berwarna keemasan dan masak, tiriskan dan letakkan di atas kertas untuk mengurangi minyak
  • Crushed 1/4 of the garlic flakes. Mix well the peanuts, crushed garlic flake, celery leaves and the rest of of garlic flake.
  • Giling 1/4 bagian dari bawang putih goreng. Campur kacang, bawang putih giling, daun seledri goreng dan bawang putih goreng.
  • Leave to cool before putting it in air tight jar.
  • Biarkan benar-benar dingin sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam stoples
  • Serve to the guess when the come
  • Siap disajikan jika tamu datang
